This video shows how to manage attendance before and during the weekly meeting. This can be done a few hours to a few minutes before your BNI weekly meeting starts. Any changes here update in real time.
- Login to BNI Connect
- Go to Chapter → Reports → Visitor Registration Report
- Export without headers.
- Import it into BNI Plus.

Unregistered Visitors and Subs
This video explains how last-minute visitors and subs can register themselves during the meeting, which makes your job as Visitor Host easier.
In the Manage Attendance Console in BNI Plus is a Visitor Registration URL, which is unique to each chapter and does not change.
Click the Copy URL icon to copy it.
Best Practice: Include this URL in your welcoming email and encourage your visitors to input their contact details and their photo. The photo is optional.
A slide with the visitor's name and contact info will be displayed while they are introducing themselves.
